I had a pleasant stay at Pennsylvania Suites, largely due to the friendly staff and great location. The room was spacious and clean, although the lack of air conditioning was a drawback during my visit in December. Breakfast was decent but could be improved. Overall, it offered a comfortable and secure environment in Mexico City.
